The
Culver LakeFest Committee welcomes you! Please take a moment to
read the following rules and regulations before submitting your
application to ensure a successful event for everyone involved.
Food Vendor Agreement 1. This agreement is for food vendors. Independent food operators will be limited and acceptance for all vendors will be at the discretion of the Culver Lakefest Committee. 2. The vendor agrees that the Culver Lakefest Committee may revoke this Agreement at any time for any reason and that Vendor’s damages will be limited to refund of the fee paid. 3.
All vendors must submit to the Culver Lakefest Committee a
Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.
This includes professional as well as not-for-profit vendors.
The food vendor and all employees agree to hold harmless the
Culver Lakefest committee, Culver-Union Township Park Board and the Town
of 4. Commercial food vendors will be required to register with the Marshall County Board of Health and obtain a food permit. It will be the responsibility of the vendor to satisfy all Marshall County Board of Health requirements. The Culver Lakefest Committee is not responsible for vendors who do not obtain permits and the Culver Lakefest Committee will issue no refunds if permits are not obtained or denied. Contact the Marshall County Health Department before arrival to the festival.

5. This Agreement is for space only. The Culver Lakefest will not supply extension cords, tables or other equipment. The Culver Lakefest will not be responsible for manpower needed to place trailers and equipment. 6. Cancellations: or No-Shows.” In the event of an emergency, the Culver Lake Fest Committee will take each situation into consideration and bring it to a vote prior to any refunds. 7. Placement for vendors is at the discretion of the Culver Lakefest Committee. Each application will be reviewed before space assignment is made. At no time will the Culver Lakefest guarantee usage of all serving sides of trailers. 8. The Culver Lakefest will provide general security after festival hours. The Culver Lakefest Committee will not be responsible for any equipment left on the festival site after tear-down Sunday Afternoon. The Culver Lakefest is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, equipment, etc. The Culver Lakefest is not responsible for accidents or injuries. 9. All booths, equipment and supplies MUST be removed after closing on Sunday Afternoon at 2:00 PM. 10. Sharing, trading or selling a contracted booth space is strictly forbidden without written approval from the Culver Lakefest. 11. ALL FOOD PRICES MUST BE POSTED IN PLAIN VIEW! You may sell only the foods listed on the agreement. 12. It is the responsibility of each contracted vendor to clean up around the contracted booth area on a continual basis throughout the duration of the Festival. Full trash bags must be placed at trash pickup area. 13. Vendor is required to provide 200 feet of grounded power electric cord with 50 amp 4 prong plug and 200 feet water hose ‘minimum. Vendor will be notified if more electric power cord or water hose is required. Setup times will be as follows: Friday 8:00 am - there will be no exceptions. MEET AT THE WATER TOWER for registration. Following setup, registration will be completed. (PLEASE PAY FOR THE SPACE YOU NEED) Culver Lakefest reserves the right to measure after setup; all vehicles must be removed from festival grounds. Special parking needs MUST BE CLEARED with festival committee PRIOR to your arrival. NOTE: We have no electrical or water supplies for motor homes on festival grounds. There are campgrounds in the area. 14. Payment in full must accompany this application. Make checks payable to: Culver Lakefest P.O. Box 146 Culver IN. 46511. 15. Absolutely no teardowns will be permitted prior to 2:00 pm Sunday unless otherwise instructed by the Culver Lakefest committee. Any vendor leaving before 2:00 pm Sunday will not be eligible to participate in the Culver Lakefest the following year. 16. Non-compliance of the rules as outlined in this agreement or in further written notices will result in removal of vendor with no refund due. 17. Booth Hours: Friday 4 pm to 10 pm Saturday 10 am to 10 pm Sunday 10 am to 2:00 pm. Vendors can tear down only Sunday after 2:00 pm. Payment must
be received by May 1st, 2008 to secure your spot.
Keep this sheet for your records. If your Application has been
accepted you will receive a confirmation around the 1st of
June or a return of your application with a full refund. Questions
